Here are some images showing the work done at this site. The brick was stripped and sandblasted. The orginal tile was cleaned and restored, with new detailing like the number on the entry floor, and numbers for each floor. Custom cement casts were used through-out for the moulding on the hallways and lobby. The ceilings were replastered. The doors & frames have been ground to give it a 3-dimensional metallic sheen. Marble was reused from the old stairwell (which was completely replaced) for the lobby entry and steps.
